Bedroom lightts

Builder wanting to get two lights moved into centre of bedroom. A partition was built as per pic 1 & 2 and is going to be extended to roof to separate rooms. Pic 3 is where we want to move the lights too. aprox 1 metre to new position. Old house not sure of wiring. Probaby old. Possibly change light to downlights or more modern lighting if possible. Will need someone to come checkout and give quote.
