Electrician needed to install outdoor lights and garage fluorescence lights

I want to replace 4 outdoor light fixtures and the bulbs, plus one set of indoor fluorescent lights. The outdoor lights work. The indoor lights only work sometimes but may just need the bulbs changed. I've already bought the fixtures and new bulbs, I just need an electrician to use their skills to successfully install them and troubleshoot any problems.
