Install outside power point and COC

Installing an outside Power Outlet and issue COC (for gas water heater). I have the 2.5mm 3-core cable and have ordered an outside outlet (may need to supply if order does not arrive), so I require an EWRB registered electrician to please install and run cable wire back to DB/or closes circuit as well as issue a COC. Pretty much a straight run as the DB in garage /plug in bath room close to where the power outlet is required. The red square indicated the position of the outlet. Keen to get the job done before --- (not available on the 21/3/22 though). Thanks,
