Bathroom & laundry extractor fan

I'd like an in-line bathroom extractor fan (ducted in the ceiling) installed with a secondary ducting through to the laundry form the same unit. The home already has an HRV system, but needs to remove moisture from the bathroom and laundry. Ceiling space is tight but accessible to a soffit for exhaust/outlet. There are two light fittings in the bathroom already, but only one is needed so this could be used for powering the extraction unit. Main electrical work would be installing the switch I assume. Both laundry and bathroom are small to moderate size. A timer to allow delayed power off would be useful, I assume humidity sensors would be too complex with a two room system.
