Connecting new build to mains power

Hi, I'm beginning to budget for building a second dwelling in Dunedin. The new unit has already been built off site so already has internal wiring etc, however I will need the unit connected to mains. The site for the new building is around 20m off the existing house and around 50m off the road side. The building is a small 1-bed cottage so power usage will be low. Are you able to provide a rough estimate of costs to do this? Let me know if you need anymore information. Thanks in advance. Jamie Macalister.
