Install kitchen extractor fan

I need an extractor fan installed in the ceiling above the stove (like a bathroom one) and a switch installed next to the light switch by the door. Roof access hatch is in the kitchen next to the internal doorway. If there are any sparkies who have some free time this week (18-21 Feb) I need it done before Friday.
