Help with bathroom extractor fan

Had foleys come look at our bathroom extractor fan in master bedroom a few years ago. Suspected issue with “delay switch” (maybe got the name of that wrong) Anyways fan doesn’t work. Trying to get it fixed and properly extraction steam before we get a mould issue. Will need ladder to access fan
