Replace light fittings @ COOKS BEACH

I have 9 spotlights attached to rafters ( 2 spots on each bar ) that I would like to replace with new ones and approx 6 oyster lights that I would like to replace the existing battan ones . Also 1 wall mounted light and 3 oyster lights in bathrooms . I would like this to be done this Thursday 12 September afternoon if possible , otherwise Friday morning . I understand the work should take approx 3 - 4 hours ? I have purchased the new replacement ones. I have attached pics of the spots to be replaced . We are in Cooks Beach . Thanks , Lynda
