Electrical Work

To make it a bit simpler id like these done: 1. Switchboard has some old wiring, it appears to me to be grounding cable connected to one or more of the fuses ( Please see attached photo) id like this removed and/or replaced. 2. An old heat pump was disconnected and poorly removed currently there are 2 cables poking out of a hole in the wall, the cables have been covered in heat shrink. Id like this to be either removed or reused for another purpose or left in a safer manner than just heat shrink. 3. I would also like for a sparky to check that this is no old wiring present anywhere in the house, and remove or replace should there be any and maybe a document that says there is none, just in case I ever needed it. 4. I would also like an extractor fan installed in the bathroom and a rangehood extractor in the kitchen. Ill can supply these but if you sell these 2 can you please send me the specifications and prices ( I’m not fussy about what it looks like as long as it does the job) Id like a quote for the following: 1. replacing these older fuses in the switchboard with more modern fuses/RCD 2. to install a wall plug in the office and an extra one in a bedroom. I’m not sure if this is in your scope or not, but thought id ask, I also need a old destructor wetback disconnected from the hot water cylinder, I don’t need to removed just disconnected so I can remove myself. If this does fall in your scope please let me know what the charge for that would be. Thank you
