Power disconnected to one side of house, no blown fuse

I need a qualified electrician to solve a fault which has disconnected power to one side of our house. Power disconnected last night from one side of the house, I've checked the fuse boxes and nothing has blown. I've tried resetting but it has not resolved the issue. As our elderly mother lives in that side of the house, any time today Saturday 24 August 2019 would be fine.
