Changing 11x wired-in interior LED downlights

I have 11x wired-in interior LED downlights that need changing (see photos of lights). The process involves rewiring the electrical leads for each light, and I'm not confident doing it myself. I have purchased the replacement lights so all that needs doing is switching over the power cables from the old lights to the new. The fuse box is easily accessible and light fuses labelled, so switching off the power won't be an issue.
