Job description
I require two bathroom fans installed in a bungalow divided into two flats on separate meters. Bathroom ceilings are lath and plaster. Existing wiring partially updated but still has original old conduit, so price in running new circuits and wall switches to power each fan. Exhausts to go out shingled gable ends, one at each end of house. Job location is east side of central city, tenants in residence.

Stan is efficient and well organised, got the job done quickly, knew what to do with no mucking around, delays or unexpected "add ons". Price was good. Excellent communication. Positive and enthusiastic can-do attitude. Overall highly reccommended.
