We've got a 1960s house in CHCH and would like quotes on upgrading the switchboard from the old fuse type to a new board with MCBs and RCD protection. House is wired throughout with TPS (albeit from 1960). Current circuits on the board are: 30A range, 10A + 5A "Lights", 3x 10A "heating", 2x 20A "heating", 20A "water heating", 15A ?, 20A "outside", and 25A A/C for heat pump. Looking for good quality work and will need a CoC post install. We are also planning on some renovations in the future so will need a board that can accommodate a few more circuits for i.e. new power plugs, induction hob and wall oven. Also want some advice on new power plugs, cat6, and lighting :) We may need to install a new grounding rod as well as I'm not sure whether the current connection is as it should be.
