Rental house few issues

Tenant had told me lounge light not working. I thought could be loose wire so I went round and check and check fuse but now 2 bedroom light stop working so I better get someone look at and fix it. Seem light socket at lounge need replacing but I'm not sure. Tenant also mentioned double plug socket not plug properly so need replacing double plug socket. Need it done asap please.
