Wire LED & Aquarium Heater cable

Wanting to power an LED light wired to a switch inside a float tank (Similar to a spa pool). There is existing wiring between the LED and switch, and two 12v wires I assume are designed to connect to a transformer. I am wanting a light transformer and possible a new RGB LED, as the current one may have blown. Also have an aquarium heating element I want to wire the plug through the wall of the tank. (Which may involve cutting the cable, putting it through and putting the plug back on again.)
