Job description
Supply and installation of a bathroom ceiling fan, to comply to the Healthy Homes standard, and update the light switch to include a double switch for light and fan. The apartment is the ground floor of a second-story weatherboard dwelling, to be vented through the wall. No access is available to ceiling space. Must be able to provide a GST receipt and a CoC.
