Rattling

We have a combined heat, light, and fan unit in our small bathroom. Heat and light are fine but the fan, which has a separate switch, is making a horrible rattling noise. So we've not been using it during lockdown, but it's getting a bit cold to leave the window open during showers now! Help please!
