5 x random electrical jobs

Looking for a quote -for the following jobs: 1/ Install new kitchen light set (see photo of current roof spot and replacement set) 2/ Remove timer above old wall heater and fill the space with a socket or something as it is always ticking and drives us nuts + we never use the heater. 3/ Get flouro light bulb in the kitchen to stop buzzing. I have previously tried a new bulb which made no difference. 4/ Recommended solution for extractor fan in downstairs bathroom. 5/ Replace down light in lounge with a new LED downlight. We have had to do this with some others in the past as the upstairs floor seems to dislodge the connections. Unsure of size / part for replacement but new ones already in the lounge.
