Purchase and replace extractor fan in bathroom

My extractor fan in my bathroom has stopped working and I’d like to replace it. Background: bathroom has a mould issue. About 5 years ago I had an extractor fan installed. I’m not convinced it was the right power or size for my bathroom - it helped but not enough. About a year ago it stopped working. Your role: you will give advice on an appropriate fan for my bathroom. You will replace the current fan with the new one. Must be qualified. (Unsure if this work requires a qualified electrician but if so - must be qualified). If you could contact me with an estimate that’d be awesome
