house electrical wiring check

I am buying a house. One problem was identified by the builder who did the inspection- green liquid comes out of one switch by the hot water cylinder and the main electrical board. The house is not mine yet. I need a licenced electrician to come tomorrow Wedn 11 am to the property in Linwood and check these 2 things and all wiring in the house and then give me the conclusion in written about problems found and how much it will cost to repair or if the house needs rewiring ( and quote for that). The house was built in 70' and is 65 sq m. Thank you
