1. Bathroom heater replacement. Like for like - already purchased. 2. Supply and install 2 recessed downlig --- external soffit. Existing wiring present. 3. Assess/ replace sensor for external lights. Never worked properly in the 10 years we have been here. 4. Assess and price some additional power points around the house.
