We are looking for someone to source and put in a extractor fan into our bathroom as well as a range hood in the kitchen. The house was built in 1993 with no ventilation and we want to get it sorted before winter to reduce damp. There may be some extra bits we need done e.g lights not working and some dodgy electrics in the bathroom.
