Extractor fans, power outlets, extra lights wiring. - Flat Roof House 1950

Wanting to add air extract fans to the laundry, and bathroom and a rangehood to the kitchen. I'd also like to add extra electrical outlets as most rooms only have one outlet and add an extra light in the toilet. Not vital but I'd be interested in a price for all the wiring to be replaced. Special considerations - Flat roof house (1950 - Art Deco Style) and there is currently no roof access hatch (all wiring seems to be run with the roof) although I'm happy for one to be cut. Wall construction is also concrete block rather that timber frame. I'm planning on doing subfloor installation (which might be an issue if wiring needs to be run underneath the house). The roof will also have the membrane replaced shortly (I think the extracts will need to go through the roof.
