Hi, I’m looking for an electrician who can complete three smallish jobs in one go. The most important one is the hot water cylinder seems to have a faulty valve that doesn’t shut off properly once the water is fully boiled. The overflow goes onto the roof and makes tapping sounds sporadically at night. It was recently turned down from 70 to 60 degrees to see if that worked but it still has overflow every night which I would like to stop. The second job is to rewire a down light and secure it flush with the ceiling. It is currently not working but seems to be wired up. It might be just the lightbulb that needs changing but as it’s not secured, I have not tried changing it yet. The third job is an oven element. The front right element will heat up according to the temperature gauge on the oven but once at maximum temperature, it won’t go back down until it’s turned off fully. The two back elements are fine but the front left element won’t work until it’s moved slightly but is otherwise fine. Please let me know if you are familiar with/able to fix these three problems and what (bargain) price you can do this for. Thanks for your time :)
