Need extraction fans installed in a rental property to meet healthy homes standards.
Both fans would need to installed in windows as the roof pitch excludes installation via ceiling. In the kitchen the existing lourve window would need to be replaced with a single safety glass pane. In the bathroom a new safety glass pane would be required. There are power points handy to each location to run electrical conduit to the fans.
