Job: Install Washing Machine & Dryer (Stacked) in Bathroom

Looking for a plumber/electrician or competent handyman to set up plumbing and electrical for a washing machine and dryer in my bathroom.

Scope of work:

Plumbing and electrical setup for a washing machine and dryer to be stacked on the left-hand side of the vanity (see photos provided). This is a new setup — there hasn’t been a washing machine in this location before. Connect to existing plumbing (pipes under the vanity – photos included), with any necessary modifications. Ensure proper drainage is installed — may require adapting or upgrading pipework to handle washing machine discharge. Electrical work required: Currently only one power point available. There is also wiring for a towel rail on the right-hand side of the vanity. Need a suitable solution for safely powering both the washing machine and dryer (e.g. additional power point or modification—open to your recommendation).

Notes:

I haven’t purchased the appliances or stacking kit yet — happy to take recommendations. I can handle the physical stacking/placement myself — mainly need plumbing and electrical sorted. Bathroom is a wet area, so all work must be compliant and safe. Open to advice on best setup. Please confirm whether you can handle both plumbing and electrical, or if coordination is needed.
