Lightshade installation plus outside socket

Hi Jack - you did some electrical jobs for us at our house in Cashmere just before we moved in 8 weeks ago (involved, among other things, a plug at the back of a new fridge space in the kitchen). I don't suppose you are free to do a couple more electrical jobs?

1)We have a new light shade to replace the chandelier type light fixture in our dining area. The existing chandelier has a single cord splitting to 5 bulbs, we wish to replace this with a light shade which needs only one E27 type bulb fixture. Photos show the existing chandelier and then the new one. All the fittings came with the new one.

2)We would like to have an outside electrical socket to use in our outdoor area if that's possible (don't know!) and possibly a wall light added outside in an area under the deck (again don't know if this is possible).

If you've got too much work on or if you're not otherwise available then just let me know and I'll move the job on. I just thought I'd ask you first.
