I'm looking to install a Revel NordicWave 2 person sauna in my garage and wanting to get estimates on electrical costs to install it and get it certified. The details of the electrical needs are defined on their site here:

I will have a traditional wall outlet available at the location and it's also roughly 3 meters away from the breaker box in the garage and on the same wall.
What sort of costs would this be to get the electrical done properly for both the Infrared and Traditional heating source?
