Switches, sockets and light fittings

We'd like the old-style light switches and wall sockets in this house upgraded to modern looking ones. (There are 8 switches (only one is double - the rest single) and 8 sockets in this house). We'd like them all the sockets to be double sockets. We're also seeking a few more sockets. One photo below shows the extractor fan is plugged into the only socket that you could boil a kettle with; we'd love the extractor fan to have it's own discrete connection. And we'd love the phone jack (pictured) to be replaced with a socket. There are also two light fittings (pictured) we'd like replaced with new fixtures that we have purchased. As an optional extra, we need a new extractor hood installed and ducted to the outside (this one isn't ducted correctly). Is this something you do, too? Work to be completed 17th October or as soon as possible after that, pretty please. 😊 Please reply with how much you think you would charge for this job, pretty please.
