Bathroom Extractor Fan Replacement

Have an existing extractor fan that is in bad shape but still works. It vents up into a solid metal exhaust which penetrates through the skillion roof. The existing product is some old variation of --- /. Existing install has no back draft prevention - something I'd like the new one to have. I have tried to replace existing fan with the product above - but the back draft prevention doesn't fit into the existing exhaust. Looking to have this sorted by a professional - whatever solution is deemed best.
