installation of bathroom exhaust fan/heated towel rail/ceramic cooktop/rangehood

I have just bought a house and I would like exhaust fans to be installed to all 3 bathrooms. I will provide 3 inline exhaust fan kit. I would also like 2 new installations of heated towel rails and 1 replacement installation of a heated towel rail, so that's 3 in total. I will provide all 3 heated towel rails. I would also like the built-in cracked cooktop to be replaced with a new one that is of the same size and a replacement installation of a rangehood from a 60cm to a 90cm one. The existing cabinets beside the rangehood will need to be modified or taken out. I will also provide the rangehood and ceramic cooktop.
