Earthing bedrooms/bathroom

Our house is a 1980's style bungalow that had an extension put on in the mid-90's, however when we went to get a bathroom ventilation unit installed, we were told there is no separate earth for the original part of the house. Thus that job was left unfinished & we need to get this part of the house upgraded so we can undertake further renovations. We are happy to assist in running wires & doing some general labouring work to help out (both mechanics so we know about doing some graft & supplying coffee). Ideally we would like to get some quotes to: A) Install the earthing as required B) Supply & install a heat/fan ventilation unit into the bathroom. You must be happy to work around dogs; we have a senior German Shepherd who loves cuddles & meeting people.
