new hot water thermostat? plus wiring for pendant lights

Hi, we are looking for an electrician to check if our our older low pressure hot water cyclinder thermostat needs replacing as water is very HOT and won't turn down, also need two pendant lights wired for lounge and kitchen. We are central Carterton.
