Difficult access to wall socket in kitchen which needs to be earthed or rewired. Also affected is the hit water cylinder in kitchen power supply. Have had it assessed and couldnt be fixed just through switchboard so will need to be ? Rewired or earthed asap as house is for auction on 13th dec. There is no access under the floor. Thank you.
