Install recessed lights in attrium

We need to have recessed lighting installed in the ceiling of our atrium and adjoining outdoor area with a dimmer switch for the inside lights and a standard switch for the outside light. The roof space is accessible from inside the house. The inside area will have 3 lights and the outside area will have 1. The lights will be supplied by us but we will need the dimer and standard switches to be provided. A photo of the ceiling and the lights we will supply are attached.
