Replacing light sources

I need the lamps' connections to be checked and ensure they are working. There are 3 security lamps, a pair of fluorescent lamps and a recessed lamp. A set of security lamps is about 6 meters high others are on the soffits about 3 meters. Fluoros are in the garage. I can supply the security 2 lamps, other items I can provide them or the trade can. The house is a single level dwelling.
