House Renovation - Electrical

Looking to check wiring of the entire house, upgrade any extents needed, and then provide certificate confirming re-wired to standard. Install new dual electrical socket points (2 in living room, 2 in dining, 1 in Master) along with wiring for these. Replace existing electrical switch cover plates (3 in hallway, 1 in dining, 5 in kitchen, 1 in Master) and dual electrical socket cover plates (1 in hallway, 2 in living room, 2 in dining, 2 in kitchen 3 in Master). Install 4 x Downlights in the living/dining area. Replace 4 kitchen downlights Replace existing lighting fixtures with new 1 x Chandelier in living room, 2 x chandeliers in hallway, 1 x chandelier in bedroom. Replace light fittings in 2 other bedrooms. Install new floodlight smart camera at the front, and 1 other camera at the back. Including all wiring. If possible, replace dishwasher handle (I have replacement handle) - requires some wiring/electrical work.
