Sparky needed for home renovations

We recently bought a home, and are renovating it before moving in, including the kitchen and two bathrooms. Here is a list of where we need your help: - USB plugs to form part of outlets plugs - - Outdoor light by front door: change to new one HALLWAY - New ceiling light (+ extend cord so we can reach the light and change bulbs from the stairs). This will need to be done when scaffoldings are in place (so when hallway is being painted) - Remove spotlights (upstairs landing) - change to other light TOP LANDING - Change one light (by the HWC) KITCHEN - Get ready for new kitchen (new electric hob, new oven, new microwave, new rangehood, food waste - there is already a food waste electric system but new food waste will be installed, ionizer - not sure if there are any electric parts on the ionizer?) - add powerpoints (wall and one inside one of the kitchen units) - Move light switch as current one will be covered by new kitchen units - Remove telephone line outlet - install new pendant light instead of spotlights LOUNGE - Remove 2 ceiling lights - install 2 pendant lights in a different location (on both sides of sofa) DINING ROOM - Remove pendant light - Install 1 new pendant light (slightly different spot from where it currently is) RUMPUS - Remove mock power point from wall, fill and make good - Remove spotlights - install ceiling light instead LAUNDRY - change ceiling light BATHROOM 1 (MIDDLE LEVEL) - ready for new bathroom to be installed - heated towel rail - Install powerpoint in vanity so electric toothbrush charger can be hidden inside vanity - Maybe electric heater above door? If not an eyesore - Change ceiling light BATHROOM 2 (top level) - ready for new bathroom to be installed - heated towel rail - Install powerpoint in vanity so electric toothbrush charger can be hidden - Maybe electric heater above door? If not an eyesore BEDROOM 1 (middle level) - Change light BEDROOM 2 (small upstairs bedroom) - Change lights (3 wall mounted lights) - Electric blind for the velux? depending on cost BEDROOM 3 (master) - Change light KITCHEN, DOWNSTAIRS LANDING AND RUMPUS - there are old fashioned downlights in these 3 rooms - can you quote to replace them with smaller modern ones? In terms of timing, we have some flexibility - of course the sooner the better - and some things need to be coordinated with the builder's timing
