Fix for faulty electrical fireplace

Hi, we have an electrical fireplace - Dimplex Model 3500 - that no longer turns on. I can't hear the fan running or any of the elements heating up, and the light does not turn on either. I need someone to repair this within the next week if possible. Also need a replacement for a halogen downlight fitting in the kitchen. The bulb has been replaced for this but it still does not work so suspect it is the driver or the fitting itself. The rest of the units have been fitted with replacement LED bulbs.
