Job description
Recently completed garage and sleep out (fully consented) requiring electrical works. Stage 1 (preline) - Mains connection to the house - New Switchboard in the garage - Installation of 8 surface mount sockets (5 lights, 2 x power & 1 fan) - 2 x power points in the garage - Pre wire for external lights Stage 2 (after pre line inspection) - Install 6 power points and 1 for heated towel rail - Install 4 double gang switches - CoC Notes: - 6mm TPS cable already ran but not connected (trenched at over 600mm) - 2.5mm TPS cable for power ran to points (nail clip at 250mm) but not connected - 1.5mm TPS cable for lights ran but not connected - Flush boxes mounted in situ - PDL power points supplied - Double gang switches will be provided as well Happy to have inspected before accepting job. Steve’s communication was very good and was prompt to respond to the job. He was able to quote for me the next day and turned up on time exactly as he stated. The work carried out was to a high standard too and at a reasonable price. Would happily recommend and use his services again.
