Job description
I need someone who is reliable, neat & tidy to upgrade rental house to HHS. 1. Kitchen rangehood replaced with slimline (economical) rangehood & needs to be vented outside (please itemize labour & appliance - as we might source product) 2. Bathroom 3 in 1 light/extractor & vented to outside sofit (please itemize labour & appliance as we might source product) 3. Replace old down light in kitchen with new LED downlight ( 1 not working, 4 others still working... depending on cost whether all 5 are replaced) Location: Lynfield, Auckland Time frame: Flexible

Jordan was great to deal with, he undertook the replacement fixtures of lights and extractor fans and emailed through photos so I didn't need to be onsite.
