Downlights, garden lights and power points

I am looking to have repaired our garden lights (pic attached). They all stopped working at once. They have a solar switch to turn them on at night. Perhaps this has failed (pic attached) I have checked the circuit breaker. Also I have 24 existing downlights. (Pic attached) I would like replaced with LED some would need to be dimmable with corresponding dimable switch. Interested in a couple of rooms actually connecting these LED downlights to wifi. Also replacing 6 power points (pic attached) with units with USB connections as well.
