Pull fibre and supply mains
Job description
Its an apartment. Fibre has been installed by Chorus into the apartment and is in the cavity above the front door and coiled above the hatch. I need the fibre pulled through the ceiling cavity to the cupboard in the middle of the apartment, Chorus won't do it. It's about a 4 metre run. You will need a snake or similar device to get it there. Apart from the hatch there are no openings in the ceiling apart from two down-lights which could be removed. There is no crawl space in the ceiling. I will also need a mains power source supplied to the cupboard. There is a power point on the outside of the cupboard so you could possible run feed from there, or run a new feed from the power-board. I think that it will take 2 - 3 hrs. You will need to provide a double power point, approx 4.5 m of mains cabling, plus a new breaker. I can assist with the pull through if reqd.

Pulled the fibre across the ceiling without doing any damage and installed two mains power points. Excellent communication and Brett made a huge effort to get the job done despite all the complications involved with Covid L3 etc. There was a fairly bit of problem solving reqd but this was handled well. There was no mess or damage done during the install.
