underground existing residential fibre cable

I currently have my residential fibre connection via overhead line. During the subdivision of mine and my neighbour's property, an underground duct was laid to enable future undergrounding of the fibre. I would now like a quote to underground the fibre cable. Please see attached annotated photos showing what my current provisions are. The duct for the fibre has already been laid between the existing connection points at the house (ETP) and at the roadside near the existing in-ground pit (Class B pit manufactured by Channell) . Distance between roadside and the existing ETP is around 20m. I have already contacted my internet provider who provided a quote from Chorus via their contractor, Visionstream. The quote provided was very unrealistic - more than three times the cost of me getting my power cable undergrounded or to get mains gas connected to my house, so would like a more realistic quote.
