A Few Electrical Jobs needed

Need a sparky to complete two electrical jobs at my rental. First one is replacing the extract unit with new unit only (does not need ducting etc) Grill fell off and now some more of the unit has. Replace with same unit if can. Unit is IXL Mirage ( --- ) I dont have the new unit so will need to be supplied. Second job is stove top some elements are not lowering heat so just run with full heat (cant adjust down) Stove top is bench mounted (not freestanding) Just looking to get existing stove top working again not replaced. Needs completing urgently. May have additional oven job but need to look into whats happening first! Thanks
