Install Bathroom Extractor Vent
Job description
Can you help me please? I need an Exhaust Fan installed into the bathroom in an apartment I own. I'm getting a new tenant in there soon so it's going to be needed under the new regulations. I presume it will need to go through the window, though it may be possible to put it through the wall .... I will be guided by you there. There is no roof space. I would like it connected to the current light switch if that is at all possible. You will need to arrange access with the current tenant to estimate the job then arrange a time to carry out the work. I will pay the bill online. Thank you very much. Lindsay ---

Conduction Company did a very neat job installing a bathroom Air Vent in my rental property. They communicated well with me & arranged access with the tenant. I have photos & a Compliance Certificate. I am a very very happy customer.
