Chandelier attachment repair

We have a chandelier and the wires are showing and it looks pretty precarious and So we need someone who can take a look, and fix for us, making sure it’s safe. It is a heritage apartment (1914) and as far as I can tell there’s no crawl space in the ceiling. We are central Auckland, University area. I work from home on a Monday so a Monday repair would be ideal. Otherwise we can try and be available at any time.
