Ensuite fan/heat/light installed

Hi, I have purchased a new fan/light all-in-one combo which I need fitted in ensuite. Ceiling cavity is very compact at 440mm and I need the extractor vent to come out on the eaves of deck (less than 1500 away from where light/fan is to be fitted) Wires already there. I also need the electricity to be disconnected from unused spa. Cheers
