Powerpoint, wiring, RCD for electric vehicle

Looking at getting an electric car. Need an electrician familiar with circuitry and requirements for charging an EV. I am looking initially to having simply a PowerPoint outside my garage but that can be easily upgraded later to a proper EVSE Wallbox. I believe for starters I need a 32A circuit and type 2 RCD. I have plenty of spaces left on my switchboard, but there’s quite a distance from the switchboard to the garage. I’m assuming I have a single phase system. I need an assessment and quote first of all as I really have no idea what will be involved given the setup in my house. In the photos, my garage is at the front below, my flat is the one at the back.
