Hi there, couple odd jobs around my mothers house if you can fix one or all! 1. Extractor fan in bathroom has been making extremely loud noise. Have noticed one of the blades has broken off 2. Washing machine (front loader) is not sitting level. Needs to be secured + the rubber inside does not seem tight 3. Toilet button stays depleted
